Consultant Executive for Investment / Immigration

Working Conditions:
• Contract duration: 1 year renewable.
• Probation period: 2 months.
• Working hour: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday.
• Workplaces: district 1, HCM City.
• Salary: negotiable based on candidate’s experience.

Position Consultant Executive for Investment/Immigration

Requirement • Job requirements:
• At least 01 year of experience and knowledge about services consulting.
• Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
• Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
• Strong computer skills such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Have experience/ knowledge about finance, real estate and immigration by investment.
• Good organizational, planning, complaint handling and problem solving skills.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to learn quickly about different products and services.
• Excellent presentation skill.
• Able to work under pressure, challenge.
• Willing to travel and/or moving.
Responsibilities • Provide profestional consulting to existing and potential customers .
• Manage and follow up with new enquiries with telesales, and face-to-face meeting activities.
• Develop relationships with customers to maximize approaching opportunities.
• Follow up on sales leads and face to face meetings .
• Prepare and attend seminar, training, meeting and related events.
• Coordinate with partner in overseas.
• Prepare and follow up the Visa applications for customers.
• Follow up and advise customers during the application process.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
• Prepare marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Monitor proactively the changes of various Immigration regulations.
• Update and send email the immigration investment program and newsletter to prospects and customers monthly.
• Any other relevant duties as assigned by the Manager and Director.
